Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of customers and deliver daily customer support.

• Resolve complex technical deployment challenges.

• Retrieve logs, HAR files, and configurations when issues arise.

• Compose clear root cause analyses and provide targeted escalations to the engineering team.

• Offer technical support during onboarding as a technical enablement partner.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and fortify the customer deployment experience.

• Maintain internal guides and documentation intended for customers.

• Contribute field insights to the product development roadmap.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and other departments.

• Automate repetitive tasks, tackle root causes, and optimize workflows for both customers and colleagues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer visa sponsorship.

• Hands-on experience in deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products within customer environments.

• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions.

• Experience in rolling out browser extensions.

• Knowledge of SSO/identity configuration.

• Experience with network or endpoint setup.

• Comfortable working across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

• Strong communication skills for customer interactions and proficient technical troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to gather evidence, navigate through issues, and resolve them effectively.

• Operational discipline to document solutions and establish tracked processes.

• Ability to read or write code is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

• Comfortable receiving direct feedback from customers and thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

• Inquisitive, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

• AI-first mindset with an interest in automating repetitive tasks.
