This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• The Senior Project & Program Manager is tasked with the oversight, planning, and execution of intricate, high-impact projects from their inception to completion.
• Create thorough project charters, scope documents, and resource allocation plans.
• Perform feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, managing workloads, and assessing performance.
• Utilize project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Trello) to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and reporting on variances.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ascertain lessons learned and identify best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini).
• Practical experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex project challenges.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within sectors such as IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in managing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the specific industry (e.g., GDPR for IT, FDA for Healthcare).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or an equivalent certification) is highly preferred.
