This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior leader in operations and deployment, ensuring enterprise-wide coordination, governance, and oversight of EHR implementation and deployment efforts.
• Facilitate ongoing enterprise operations within a complex federal healthcare setting.
• Supervise implementation, deployment, Cohort Evaluation and Readiness Plan, as well as Go-Live and Onsite Incident Command activities.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams involved in deployment.
• Create comprehensive deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
• Oversee healthcare data migration and management of patient records.
• Execute risk mitigation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making under high-pressure situations.
• Convey technical concepts to both clinical and non-technical personnel.
• Mentor and support team members throughout large-scale deployments.
• Propel process enhancements and innovative strategies for deployment.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• Capacity to obtain and sustain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust level.
• US citizenship is required.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying and integrating the Oracle Millennium EHR across various sites.
• Profound knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare IT infrastructure, and federal health IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile and best practices for deployment.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capability to manage cross-functional deployment teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with a background in large-scale IT/EHR deployments.
• Expertise in developing intricate deployment plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, system integration, and principles of EHR.
• Experience in healthcare data migration and management of patient records.
• Strong problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with leadership abilities.
• Proficient in conveying technical information to both clinical and non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and project management tools.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Federal Government.
• 7–10+ years of experience in implementing Health IT solutions, notably Oracle Millennium EHR.
• Experience in data analytics and reporting using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
• A Master's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
• Experience in presenting to large audiences or key stakeholders is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms is preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications are preferred.
