Deployed Engineer, Professional Services – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Convert ambiguous enterprise workflows into precise software specifications

• Lead engineering teams in implementing solutions or create solutions for clients

• Design architectures for customer agents

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to develop evaluation pipelines

• Integrate within client teams for prolonged engagements and deploy agent systems directly

• Provide guidance on agent architecture design, evaluation strategies, and best practices for production

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams throughout the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC)

• Deliver agent engineering encompassing architecture design, orchestration patterns, evaluations, custom conversational UIs, and production deployment

• Utilize post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, model selection, and evaluation methodologies

• Engage directly with enterprise clients to create dependable, production-grade agents

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in software engineering with extensive expertise in Python

• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus

• At least 2 years of practical experience in developing and deploying production agent systems

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, capable of clearly conveying architectural choices to technical stakeholders (engineers, architects, CTOs)

• Significant experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or similar frameworks, including multi-agent patterns and state management (both short and long-term memory)

• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems

• Comfortable working across the entire spectrum from advisory roles to embedded delivery

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

• Familiarity with dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) on open-weight models using tools like Axolotl, Unsloth, Hugging Face transformers, or TRL

• Experience with trace mining to facilitate continuous improvement cycles

• Capability to provide a portfolio upon request
