Deploy Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of enterprise clients to Ometria's agentic intelligence solution, ΛTLΛS.

• Identify and connect various data sources, provide client training, and ensure the platform consistently delivers value.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, assisting clients with data integration, validation, and documentation strategies.

• Oversee platform inputs and outputs, swiftly addressing alerts to uphold data integrity and client trust.

• Educate clients on how to utilize the ΛTLΛS platform, customizing training sessions for both technical and marketing stakeholders.

• Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise clients across their teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical account management or solutions architecture within an enterprise software setting, ideally in the Retail and Ecommerce sectors.

• Practical experience with data warehousing platforms such as Big Query, Snowflake, and Databricks, including the ability to create and manage data integrations and custom connectors.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in engaging with enterprise clients across both technical and commercial areas.

• Strong grasp of the marketing technology landscape, including familiarity with major platforms, their uses, and data flow between them.

• Background in marketing program management and client data management, with a solid understanding of how brands organize and utilize their marketing data.

• Working knowledge of identity resolution and CDP-related activities, such as data unification, audience segmentation, and profile management.

• Capability in AI engineering, with experience in developing or working with AI-driven data products, pipelines, or platforms.

• A systematic, self-motivated work style, adept at managing multiple client engagements simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
