Dental Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in 3 seconds or less.

• Complete a standard call within 5 minutes.

• Deliver outstanding patient care and customer service consistently.

• Utilize time management skills effectively while on and off the phone.

• Prioritize tasks and calls based on their significance.

• Accept and respond positively to constructive feedback.

• Ensure a distraction-free work environment at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred: 2 years of post-high school education.

• Required: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.

• Must have a high-speed internet connection.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

• Must successfully complete all pre-employment assessments.

• Must provide two professional references with current contact details during the interview.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
