This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide professional support to up to 10 Acura practices across various organizational and administrative aspects.
• Serve as the primary contact for practice staff, especially on-site practice managers, addressing daily practice management inquiries and assisting with operational tasks (management, organization, HR, etc.).
• Engage in direct communication with medical directors and local practice managers regarding both daily and strategic matters.
• Drive continuous strategic growth of the practices by formulating recommendations and executing action plans in collaboration with Acura executive management and medical directors.
• Act as the organizational liaison between Acura executive management and the practices, focusing on practice and team organization.
• Serve as an internal contact point for other departments within the company (Finance, IT, etc.).
• Several years of experience in practice management, ideally as a practice manager, ZMV, or ZFA, with a preference for personnel or leadership experience.
• Completion of relevant dental vocational training, such as dental assistant (ZFA), dental administrative assistant (ZMV), health-care management clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen), or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in commonly used MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic familiarity with standard practice management software (Z1, DS‑Win, Charly).
• A pragmatic, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
• Quick learner with a readiness to take on new responsibilities.
• Possess a friendly, confident, and assertive demeanor.
• Willingness to travel and respond spontaneously, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
