Dental Launch Trainer – UK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the onboarding program for new practices at Dandy, ensuring a swift and effective ramp-up process.

• Conduct engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, customized to align with the unique learning styles and structures of each practice.

• Showcase best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, providing hands-on coaching during live demonstrations.

• Establish credibility and clinical trust, fostering confidence and early adoption among practices.

• Take full ownership of each launch, guaranteeing that practices meet essential milestones from the very first day.

• Act as a reliable coach after the launch, assisting practices in refining workflows and overcoming adoption challenges.

• Assess early scan quality and provide clear, constructive feedback to enhance technique improvement.

• Identify areas of underutilization in product usage and offer targeted follow-ups to address them.

• Facilitate First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure successful orders.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and enhance the customer journey.

• Acknowledge early successes and celebrate progress to boost practice confidence and momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies within a practice setting (iTero or Trios is highly preferred).

• Practical knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.

• Exceptional teaching and facilitation abilities—capable of simplifying technical concepts and promoting behavioral change.

• Clear and confident communicator with excellent virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric mindset—empathetic, patient, and adept at building trust remotely.

• Highly organized and accountable, with a history of taking ownership of outcomes and ensuring follow-through.

• Quick learner, technologically proficient, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Efficiently manage multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Persuasive and supportive coach, skilled in motivating behavioral changes and driving adoption.
