This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Revenue Cycle Management services to dental practices nationwide, which includes claim submission, follow-up, payment posting, and benefit verification along with data entry.
• Execute dental services using various dental practice management software while adhering to PHI and HIPAA standards.
• Oversee daily client communication and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention, optimize practice operations, and improve profitability.
• Record work in forms, spreadsheets, and client software in accordance with company standards.
• Reach out to insurance companies to gather and document accurate, timely information.
• Provide daily task-completion summaries to dental office personnel.
• Compile and present monthly ROI statistics.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies and expectations, including attendance requirements.
• Follow federal, state, accreditation, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality standards while delivering outstanding internal and external customer service.
• Advance into an Account Manager position within a few months, managing client relationships, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of account work, providing monthly ROI reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, onboarding new clients, conducting audits, and assisting in training newer team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in a dental office setting.
• Capability to work independently from home in a quiet environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of technology and internet usage.
• Ability to multitask effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the technical and procedural aspects and functions.
• Capacity to solve practical problems and manage diverse situations with limited standardization.
• Must adhere to PHI, HIPAA, confidentiality, and applicable federal, state, accreditation, and institutional standards.
