This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging, in-person training sessions to assist doctors and staff in integrating intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Mentor teams through live observation, emphasizing best practices and adapting strategies in real time to align with the practice’s objectives and maturity level.

• Encourage early case submissions during training by eliminating obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and fostering confidence throughout and immediately following the training.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to promote scanning habits and facilitate early adoption.

• Evaluate outcomes within the first 30 days and identify targeted coaching opportunities to enhance success.

• Provide field insights to develop scalable resources, refine onboarding processes, and enhance future training sessions.

• Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structures, and equipment to proactively identify blockers or risks.

• Work with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources, messaging, and tools are prepared prior to training day.

• Tailor training strategies according to the size, complexity, and clinical objectives of the practice.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.

• Experience training groups of up to ten assistants or staff simultaneously is essential.

• A strong willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% for in-practice training and support.

• Must be located near a major airport (ORD) to facilitate frequent national travel, within a 60-minute drive.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across various roles to influence behaviors and drive adoption.

• Able to operate independently in the field, adapting plans in real time according to practice dynamics and needs.

• Over 3 years of experience managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and coordinating across multiple practices in fast-paced environments.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to modify tone and approach depending on the audience—ranging from hygienists to C-suite executives.

• A strong passion for aiding practices in their success, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
