This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Review and handle claims that cannot be processed automatically.

• Implement state regulations in the evaluation of initial claims and appeals.

• Investigate and address appeals and inquiries effectively.

• Collaborate with team members while upholding productivity and quality standards.
