Demand Planning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the engine that drives our Amazon operations: forecasting, replenishment, automation, and inventory performance across both FBA and 3PL.

• Create SKU-specific demand forecasts for various Amazon marketplaces.

• Develop automated replenishment systems linking 3PL and FBA.

• Ensure 60+ days of coverage at FBA while optimizing stock throughout the pipeline.

• Enhance forecast accuracy (MAPE) and eliminate stockouts and excess inventory.

• Spearhead automation initiatives (alerts, triggers, dashboards) in collaboration with BI and Tech teams.

• Transform Amazon data into real-time decisions that influence revenue and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in demand planning (e-commerce or CPG), preferably with Amazon experience.

• Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.

• Proficient in Excel (modeling, forecasting, data analysis).

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Redash, or similar).

• An analytical and structured thinker with a keen eye for detail.

• A builder mindset: you strive to automate, optimize, and enhance everything you engage with.

• Ability to manage multiple SKUs, reports, and priorities effectively at the same time.
