This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and continually enhance the enterprise demand plan by integrating input from sales, marketing, and customer data to generate a consensus forecast.

• Lead the demand review process within the monthly S&OP cycle, fostering cross-functional alignment among Sales, Operations, and Finance.

• Act as the main point of contact for the Sales team regarding forecast requirements, new product launches, promotions, and demand fluctuations.

• Track forecast accuracy and bias metrics; implement corrective actions and promote a culture of ongoing improvement in forecasting performance.

• Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure that demand signals are converted into achievable supply plans and proactively identify demand/supply gaps.

• Maintain and enhance demand planning tools, models, and ERP-based forecasting modules; collaborate with the Planning Systems Manager on system upgrades.

• Analyze market trends, customer order behaviors, and historical data to refine statistical forecasting models.

• Prepare and deliver demand plan summaries and KPI dashboards to senior leadership during S&OP reviews.

• Assist with new customer onboarding and product launch planning by creating demand assumptions and ramp-up plans.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or S&OP in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Proven experience in leading or participating in a formal S&OP process.

• Proficiency with ERP systems is required; experience with INFOR/SyteLine is highly preferred.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required for reporting and dashboard utilization.

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools are essential.

• ASCM CPIM certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated career ambition with a history of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the capability to assume broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
