This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Responsible for developing and executing demand marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline across owned, paid, and earned media channels.
• Assist with thought leadership projects, such as foundational content, white papers, blogs, speaker placements, events, and earned media, ensuring alignment with established messaging and brand standards.
• Execute and refine marketing campaigns, including campaign structure, lead generation, social media tactics, and email performance, to achieve demand and engagement objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market partners to facilitate sales readiness initiatives, including campaign synchronization and handoff processes.
• Enhance pipeline generation and maintenance through operational efficiencies, pipeline cleanliness, and coordination with the Sales, Revenue, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Evaluate and report on campaign, engagement, and pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead designated workstreams with a moderate level of autonomy, addressing risks, dependencies, or decisions that fall outside the defined scope as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in demand marketing, campaign execution, marketing operations, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with demand marketing and campaign coordination, including lead generation, engagement through targeted content, and multi-channel marketing.
• Ability to assist with thought leadership initiatives encompassing content, events, speakers, and earned media.
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns through proprietary, paid, and earned media, with a focus on performance and optimization.
• Analytical skills to facilitate pipeline analysis, campaign reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Capability to prioritize and execute work assignments of increasing complexity within established timelines, including managing ambiguity and shifting requirements.
