This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within our global demand generation team dedicated to the manufacturing sector.

• Your objective will be to develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy while utilizing AI to enhance and automate portions of your workflows.

• You will collaborate closely with product marketing, content, digital, and sales teams to design impactful, multi-channel campaigns that engage enterprise buyers.

• Oversee the campaign process from initiation to completion—working alongside PMM, content, creative, paid digital, web operations, and operations teams.

• Analyze campaign performance through data and provide recommendations for enhancements in future iterations.

• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership via dashboards, presentations, and Wrike updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaign roles.

• Practical experience with work management tools (preferably Wrike) for campaign planning, execution, and team collaboration.

• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, content, events, and sales outreach.

• Familiarity with AI-driven targeting and data enrichment, along with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, 6Sense, Sendoso, and Qualified.

• Experience with AI-assisted personalization: utilizing tools to customize messaging at scale for distinct buyer personas (technical vs. executive).

• Skills in AI-powered content repurposing: swiftly transforming content across platforms (e.g., converting webinars into social snippets or blog posts).

• Competence in crafting effective, clear, and context-sensitive prompts for AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate high-quality text, images, and marketing copy.

• Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail and time management skills.
