Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete pipeline development process.

• Create and implement outbound strategies, email marketing initiatives, paid acquisition efforts, content generation, SEO tactics, event planning, account-based marketing, and various demand-generation programs.

• Develop systems and processes for demand generation, select appropriate tools, establish attribution methods, and construct scalable workflows.

• Conduct growth experiments across different channels, campaigns, and messaging; analyze outcomes and refine strategies.

• Evaluate funnel performance from initial contact to finalized deal, pinpoint bottlenecks, and enhance conversion rates.

• Develop messaging, content, and campaigns tailored to Ravenna’s target market.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure marketing programs align with the go-to-market strategy.

• Partner closely with the founders to influence Ravenna’s go-to-market approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in creating B2B demand-generation initiatives.

• Proven success in generating pipeline growth.

• Capability to design and implement repeatable, scalable growth systems.

• Experience in consistently running experiments, evaluating results, and making rapid adjustments.

• Proficiency in analyzing funnel metrics, attribution data, and performance of campaigns.

• Comfortable managing projects from conception to execution within an early-stage setting.

• Strong collaboration skills to effectively align marketing, sales, and product teams around common growth objectives.

• Familiarity with contemporary growth and marketing tools and the ability to design an effective marketing stack.
