This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement integrated demand generation initiatives across Employ’s offerings.
• Manage cross-departmental campaigns from initiation through launch and post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate deliverables among Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Web, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams.
• Organize and execute virtual events and webinars hosted by Employ and its partners.
• Manage event topics, speaker arrangements, promotions, platforms, production logistics, registration, attendee communication, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
• Implement partner and co-marketing initiatives, including campaign strategies, timelines, approvals, content, events, lead sharing, and follow-up actions.
• Develop project plans, briefs, calendars, status reports, and launch checklists.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decisions to ensure programs remain on schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps on target audiences, enablement, campaign communications, and lead follow-up.
• Monitor registration, engagement, lead generation, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Compile results into actionable insights to enhance future programs.
• Assist with in-person events, ABM programs, product launches, and other demand generation efforts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, field or event marketing, partner marketing, or a similar position in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating integrated campaigns across various channels, contributors, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Practical experience in planning and executing webinars or virtual events, from promotion to production and follow-up.
• Strong project management capabilities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent, proactive communication skills and the ability to foster productive relationships among Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external partners.
• Working knowledge of funnel metrics and the ability to link campaign activities to lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue results.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the capability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Resourceful, collaborative approach with a willingness to engage hands-on.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo is advantageous.
• Experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or related B2B SaaS sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
