This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

đź“‹ Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives that create awareness, stimulate demand, and establish a qualified pipeline within designated regions and key states.

• Develop and supervise Supplemental Acquisition, Accelerated Demand, and Conversion Programs customized for around 15 Tier 1 states—aligned with local market requirements, buying cycles, and revenue objectives.

• Design scalable, digital-first campaigns aimed at enhancing regional awareness and lead generation—complementing and accelerating national marketing campaigns and programs through localized execution.

• Create and manage initiatives such as geo-targeted digital advertising, state-specific content syndication, digital acquisition and re-engagement campaigns, as well as regional paid and organic search, email, and social media efforts.

• Collaborate with Regional Field Marketing and Content marketing teams, along with other essential go-to-market teams (e.g., field sales and sales leadership, product marketing, etc.) to ensure message consistency, brand alignment, and optimal funnel performance.

• Propel qualified contacts through the revenue funnel towards MQL/A/SQL status, utilizing data insights to enhance conversion rates and efficiency.

• Track campaign performance, analyze pipeline contributions, monitor ROI, and share insights to refine ongoing strategies and prioritization.

• Manage the assigned demand generation budget and contribute to quarterly and annual Metrics, Strategy, and Planning (MSP) processes.

• Ensure timely execution and delivery across campaigns, handling multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of experience in creating and executing demand generation programs, preferably in the education technology or publishing sectors.

• Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth through digital and multi-channel campaigns.

• Proficient in inbound and outbound marketing strategies: social media, search, digital advertising, email, webinars, and content marketing.

• Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems (Eloqua preferred, but any relevant experience is acceptable).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled at customizing messages for various audiences.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive, self-initiated mindset.
