Delphi Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be part of a dedicated team with responsibilities for products such as ERP, payroll, or production.

• Your development work will involve using Delphi 12 on an application comprising nearly 9 million lines of code, with a constant focus on quality.

• You will implement user stories, conduct bug analysis, maintain existing components, and further develop them.

• Collaboration with colleagues from Development, QA, and Product Management will be essential, utilizing agile methodologies like SCRUM and OKR.

• You will receive support from Delphi specialists and have opportunities for growth through pair programming, code reviews, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in developing with Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 “Seattle” or later).

• A strong interest and persistence in navigating a large, mature codebase.

• A passion for solving complex problems.

• An independent and structured working approach, along with high standards for code quality.

• A team-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and enthusiasm for collaboration.

• Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level).
