This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of a team responsible for intricate business, technical support, and production activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of over 20 employees, offering continuous feedback, monitoring performance, and providing support.
• Conduct quality assurance assessments and evaluate agent performance to ensure adherence to service standards.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and terminations.
• Analyze escalations, identify patterns, and implement solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Commonwealth of Kentucky to address operational challenges and achieve results.
• Utilize multi-tasking skills to assist with issue resolution and maintain communication with the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Drive team performance across critical metrics such as quality, productivity, and efficiency while promoting a positive and engaged team atmosphere.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work autonomously within established procedures, applying sound judgment to resolve issues.
• Ensure team objectives are met through effective delegation, guidance, and accountability.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and manage client, personnel, task, and systems-related issues.
• Monitor ongoing issues for reporting and trending resolution.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid, including its processes, systems, and industry standards.
• Capability to manage cross-functional collaboration and align teams towards common objectives.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to pinpoint trends and tackle complex problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Must be self-driven to learn and comprehend complex business processes and effectively utilize available resources in troubleshooting.
