Delivery Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee engagement delivery — responsible for fulfilling contractual obligations, ensuring quality throughout all workstreams, and providing an outstanding client experience from initiation to conclusion.

• Collaborate with clients to advance and devise solutions for the engagement — facilitating discovery and value stream mapping when necessary, pinpointing bottlenecks and opportunities, and co-developing the delivery strategy with client stakeholders instead of merely executing predefined tasks.

• Contribute to and enhance the overall strategy for the engagement — working closely with account leads, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and AI transformation goals.

• Propel AI-first delivery — advocate for the incorporation of AI into engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and client operations; assist clients in understanding what AI-native working methods entail in practice and guide them toward those practices.

• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, organizational change, and delivery strategies — support clients through transformation, eliminate obstacles, and champion the right course of action even when it is challenging.

• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships at the senior stakeholder level — manage the daily interactions, anticipate client needs, and ensure they are continually informed about the project's status.

• Provide weekly and monthly updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder check-ins — identify risks early, manage expectations proactively, and keep leadership updated.

• Implement Liatrio’s delivery methodology (LDM), LIFT framework, and engagement health tools — including RAID logs, CSAT and NPS cadences, and the engagement health indicators monitored in Liatrio Lens (delivery milestones, outcomes, stakeholder relationships, RAID, LDM health).

• Validate Statements of Work (SOWs), resource forecasts, and ensure invoicing accuracy.

• Apply a delivery perspective to sales — spot expansion opportunities, assist in pre-sales efforts, collaboratively shape SOWs with account leads, and help position Liatrio for long-term partnerships.

• Promote Liatrio’s delivery culture across engagements — recognition, feedback, retrospectives, and team rituals that build trust over the duration of an engagement.

• Lead cross-functional engagement teams of 4-8 members — including engineers, technical leads, and other delivery roles — accountable for team morale, well-being, and performance, whether through direct or matrixed reporting relationships.

• Conduct weekly one-on-ones, provide real-time feedback, and perform formal monthly and bi-annual reviews — focused on genuine growth, not merely evaluation.

• Assist engineers at the first signs of struggle and balance delivery requirements with individual capacity.

• Identify and align team capabilities with client needs; provide advice on hiring, onboarding, and rotation to maintain team health and prevent burnout.

• Utilize engagement insights to develop accelerators and Liatrio IP that enhance future engagements.

• Actively participate in shaping Liatrio's approach to delivery excellence and AI-first transformation.

• Contribute beyond your engagement — engage in the Delivery Leader community, mentor colleagues, assist with the onboarding of new delivery leaders, and contribute to internal products and offsite content where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior delivery leadership roles on complex enterprise engagements.

• Demonstrated success as the accountable delivery leader on large, multi-workstream programs.

• Must possess the authorization to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
