Delivery Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Efficiently deliver Magnit's products and services to clients.

• Ensure high-quality client service and manage daily site operations.

• Achieve contractual obligations as specified in the Scope of Work.

• Oversee one or multiple product lines, including payroll, compliance, or staffing desks.

• Keep Standard Operating Procedures up to date for daily operations.

• Introduce new processes or enhance existing ones to boost efficiency.

• Perform necessary screenings, pre-employment checks, and orientation for new hires.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive Magnit VMS records.

• Address and resolve employee relations and worker-related concerns.

• Elevate serious or senior-level issues to the Delivery Manager.

• Satisfy temporary requisitions via Magnit VMS.

• Cultivate relationships between staffing suppliers and hiring managers.

• Meet with hiring managers to clarify requisitions and relay pertinent information to approved suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full-cycle recruitment.

• Preferred experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline).

• Background in contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates).

• Availability to work EST/CST hours.
