This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the execution of high-quality, impactful interventions within the FFA programmatic offerings, which include work experience, insight days, and school presentations.
• Collaborate closely with program teams to facilitate the delivery and coordination of programmatic events.
• Provide support to stakeholders, including employers who offer work experience programs.
• Assist in the delivery of work experience both virtually and in-person.
• Share best practices with the delivery team to enhance operations.
• Maintain proficiency in the virtual technologies utilized for activity delivery.
• Support and substitute for Customer Support colleagues as needed.
• Address inquiries regarding work experience placements from schools and students via email and telephone.
• Offer on-demand technical assistance to stakeholders during activities.
• Adhere to work experience delivery protocols using in-house software and external partner systems.
• Facilitate programmatic activities as directed by the Delivery Partner Manager.
• Coordinate specific delivery partner components of FFA interventions.
• Follow established manual program delivery processes and update relevant systems.
• Enter new CRM data and maintain current placement and contact records.
• Comply with data protection standards and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding best practices in all organizational activities.
• Represent and uphold the values of Futures For All.
• Experience in a similar delivery-focused role within a small, dynamic organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong customer service skills that ensure queries are handled professionally and clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and a quick learning ability.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with various team tasks as required.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage clearly with students.
• Sociable and confident, capable of building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage workload and independently drive tasks forward.
• Capacity to think strategically and adjust tactics to meet overarching objectives.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
• Desirable: Experience in program support within educational charities.
• Desirable: Experience in supporting young people through charity programs.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Google Classrooms.
• Desirable: Experience using Salesforce.
