Delivery Manager – Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Mentor partners throughout the build phase, offering examples of artifacts and explaining their significance to the application.

• Deliver technical expertise and architectural advice during key project milestones.

• Relay personal and project updates to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Collaborate with Customers, Partners, and internal staff on Service NOW Cases related to Application Design.

• Perform Application Health Checks and Reviews to assess application performance.

• Support Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new Product Features and Functionality.

• Actively engage in the Partner's OneCommunity Forum by reviewing discussions and providing responses.

• Facilitate the distribution of project templates to guarantee Partner's Project Readiness.

• Dedicate oneself to becoming a Subject Matter Expert in necessary areas.

• Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4-7 years of CPM/EPM experience, including 1-3 years with OneStream.

• Experience in contributing to OneStream (or similar EPM) implementations, including hands-on execution of build workstreams, participation in engagement scoping, and exposure to solution architecture (design) under the guidance of senior delivery personnel.

• Strong background in critical thinking and analysis (consulting, banking, research).

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.

• Master’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

• A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other relevant professional certifications (related to accounting/finance and information technology).

• Experience with VB.net, VBA, Visual Basic, or C#.

• Previous experience with any of the following products is advantageous: SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BFC/BOFC (Cartesis), HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FDM (Financial Data Quality Management), UpStream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, or other CPM/EPM solutions.
