Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants (EICs) who manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with EICs to ensure that each stage of a client's implementation is executed efficiently, comprehensively, and within deadlines, ensuring lasting client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Address client escalations promptly and professionally, developing and communicating potential solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Cultivate a collaborative environment within your team to promote growth.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams in sales, data, training, and product to meet established project timelines.

• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership in formulating and prioritizing long-term strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.

• Conduct weekly one-on-ones with each EIC, offering guidance, coaching, career development planning, and innovative solutions to challenges faced in their ongoing projects.

• Keep current with FieldRoutes functionality and industry best practices to effectively discuss workflows and their impact on our clients' businesses.

• Travel periodically to client sites 20-30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, which may include a blend of managing a team of direct reports, maintaining client relationships, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or experience in the home or commercial services sectors.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A proven history of being exceptionally detail-oriented while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to anticipate future challenges and take proactive measures to mitigate roadblocks and issues.

• Outstanding relationship-building skills with a clear understanding of what defines an excellent client experience and partnership.

• Experience as a collaborative team member, always seeking to assist and empower others within the organization.

• Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus but not mandatory.
