This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee various NHS implementation projects to ensure effective onboarding and utilization of the Isla platform.
• Optimize delivery processes to enhance repeatability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Focus on evaluating and showcasing the impact of Isla’s platform on healthcare services.
• Comprehend client requirements and assist them throughout the implementation process, enabling them to maximize the platform's value.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing issues and facilitating ongoing platform adoption.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to eliminate obstacles and guarantee exceptional delivery, partnering closely with Product to enhance the platform.
• Contribute to company strategy and guide critical decisions from a delivery standpoint.
• Cultivate and broaden your professional network within the NHS and the healthcare industry.
• Conduct product demonstrations and outline subsequent steps with potential clients.
• A strong enthusiasm, passion, and desire to drive positive change.
• Demonstrable experience as a Programme or Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and the appropriate contexts for their application.
• Robust Account Management skills, with an intention to develop relationships with both existing and new clients beyond the initial engagement.
• Proven history of consistently high performance.
• Analytical mindset with a record of utilizing data to guide decisions.
• Established experience in managing benefits realization processes within projects.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in navigating complex organizations and forming networks across diverse teams.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• **Degree qualification:** Achieving a 2:1 or higher from a recognized university, or a first-class degree from any university.
• **Quantitative background preferred:** Academic qualifications in quantitative fields such as mathematics, economics, engineering, physics, or related disciplines.
• **Evidence of strong critical thinking:** Capability to clearly structure problems, rapidly analyze information, and make informed decisions in uncertain situations.
• **High level of proactivity:** Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a propensity for action.
• **Strong interpersonal presence:** Ability to quickly establish rapport, communicate confidently, and effectively engage stakeholders.
