This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee various NHS implementation projects, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of the Isla platform.
β’ Optimize delivery processes to enhance repeatability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
β’ Concentrate on assessing and showcasing the impact of Islaβs platform on healthcare services.
β’ Comprehend client requirements and guide them through the implementation process to maximize the platform's value.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing issues and facilitating ongoing adoption.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to eliminate obstacles and guarantee delivery excellence, closely partnering with Product to enhance the platform.
β’ Contribute to company strategy and assist in guiding critical decisions from a delivery standpoint.
β’ Develop and broaden your professional network within the NHS and healthcare industry.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations and outline subsequent steps with prospective clients.
β’ A strong sense of enthusiasm, passion, energy, and a commitment to fostering positive change.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a Programme or Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
β’ Familiarity with project management methodologies and their appropriate application.
β’ Robust Account Management skills, with a drive to cultivate relationships with both existing and new clients beyond initial engagements.
β’ Proven track record of consistently high performance.
β’ Analytical mindset with evidence of utilizing data to guide decisions.
β’ Established experience in executing benefits realization processes within projects.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Comfortable navigating intricate organizations and building networks across diverse teams.
β’ Preferred qualifications:
β’ **Degree qualification:** 2:1 or above from a recognized university, or a first-class degree from any university.
β’ **Quantitative background preferred:** Degree or academic background in a quantitative discipline such as maths, economics, engineering, physics, or similar.
β’ **Evidence of strong critical thinking:** Capable of clearly structuring problems, swiftly analyzing information, and making sound decisions in ambiguous circumstances.
β’ **High level of proactivity:** Exhibits initiative, ownership, and a tendency toward action.
β’ **Strong interpersonal presence:** Able to quickly establish rapport, communicate confidently, and effectively engage stakeholders.
