This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and nurtures customer relationships within the designated account portfolio.
• Actively generates tasks that influence service design, drive success, and shape future concepts, products, and innovations.
• Offers support through phone, email, and on-site interactions to both customers and GHX colleagues for escalations and related product concerns.
• Conducts ongoing webinars and training sessions for Managed Services customers and internal teams.
• Proactively creates campaigns aimed at re-engaging customers and enhancing customer KPIs to assure service excellence and satisfaction.
• Provides clear guidance to customer care analysts for project-related tasks.
• Oversees the implementation of managed services solutions for new clients and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful project launch.
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills in managing projects and meetings while meeting deadlines.
• Designs, develops, and utilizes presentation materials for onsite or WebEx meetings with customers.
• Guides team members through daily responsibilities and enhances processes and resource materials where improvements are identified.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of all other GHX services and customer account health to promote the adoption of GHX’s best practices.
• Collaborates closely with the CSM and ESE teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
• Works in conjunction with Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to supervise all stages of the implementation process.
• Acquires an in-depth understanding of the customer environment and GHX product offerings to fulfill goals and address complex challenges while fostering innovation.
• Travel may be necessary (approximately 20%).
• Must be available and willing to work from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time Zone (Monday-Friday).
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant healthcare experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Background in project management, customer success, training, and/or customer service.
• Experience in a team-oriented setting as a lead resource.
