Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the successful implementation and support of multiple SAP Business One projects, ensuring quality, profitability, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Project Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants to uphold consistent delivery standards, adherence to methodologies, and professional growth.

• Establish and implement project governance, delivery methodologies, quality assurance standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests to guarantee successful project execution and achievement of commercial objectives.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, project risks, delivery challenges, and stakeholder management.

• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting teams during solution design, project estimation, resource planning, and transition from sales to delivery.

• Cultivate and sustain strong executive-level relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer success, satisfaction, and opportunities for business growth.

• Monitor delivery KPIs, including project profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and project performance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to boost operational efficiency and project outcomes.

• Ensure compliance of project documentation, governance, and reporting with internal standards and customer requirements.

• Support business growth by contributing to strategic planning, capability development, recruitment, mentoring, and retention of delivery talent.

• Work closely with leadership to achieve organizational delivery objectives and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and essential Add-ons.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in SAP Business One consulting and project delivery.

• At least 5 years' experience managing projects in a Project Manager or equivalent leadership capacity.

• Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent projects and managing delivery teams.

• Demonstrated experience in resource planning, project portfolio management, delivery governance, and customer relationship management.

• Strong experience in managing project budgets, profitability, change requests, and delivery financial performance.

• Extensive experience with MS SQL Server or SAP HANA and Crystal Reports.

• Experience in finance, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries is advantageous.

• Experience leading distributed or regional consulting teams is a plus.

• Language proficiency: English: Fluent / Native, French: Fluent / Native, additional languages are beneficial.
