Delivery Lead, Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborating within the Software Engineering team to support our Medical Imaging sector

• Ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and timely launch of intricate software solutions

• Overseeing the comprehensive delivery process

• Removing obstacles for teams and implementing Agile methodologies along with project management best practices

• Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Project & Program Management

• Actively facilitating and driving high-performing sprint teams

• Enhancing workflows and guaranteeing that projects adhere to established timelines, scope, and budget

• Serving as a 'servant leader', promoting continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk management

• Encouraging effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role focusing on project delivery and the implementation of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Background in the Life Sciences field, preferably with familiarity in the Medical Imaging sector

• Experience with cloud deployment of enterprise solutions and development of AI-driven software

• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

• Proven track record in enhancing Agile maturity and driving innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or equivalent experience

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are preferable

• English: Fluent
