Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively advance the account on a daily basis by identifying and addressing issues.

• Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure commitments are fulfilled.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and prioritize their requests effectively.

• Take ownership of account planning, reporting, and the management of client relationships.

• Manage incidents with composure and align team members towards effective resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing relationships with enterprise clients.

• Capability to collaborate across different teams without having formal authority.

• Strong critical thinking skills to address client needs that extend beyond their immediate requests.

• A genuine passion for basketball and a thorough understanding of the NBA season.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time hours with a reliable internet connection.
