This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete success of intricate, multi-product customer implementations.
• Create and uphold detailed program plans that synchronize various workstreams, phases, and product deployments.
• Ensure that all implementation activities adhere to the schedule, scope, and delivery objectives.
• Lead the Advanced Implementation Delivery Trio, consisting of the Solutions Architect and Implementation Engineer, fostering alignment and accountability across each role.
• Act as the primary delivery leader for enterprise clients throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitate discussions with executives regarding program advancements, critical decisions, and delivery strategies.
• Maintain scope integrity across the program by identifying scope creep early, managing change control, and communicating trade-offs to both the customer and internal leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect to ensure the proposed solution is being implemented as intended.
• Establish and manage the operational cadence of the program, which includes weekly syncs, milestone reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
• A minimum of 6 years in implementation, program management, or professional services delivery within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementation programs, rather than just isolated projects.
• A strong history of effective executive-level customer communication and relationship management in a delivery-focused context.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional delivery teams without having direct management authority.
• Familiarity with technical implementation concepts such as data migration, system configuration, and integration architecture, enabling accountability for technical workstreams.
• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent program management certification is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Previous experience in accounting technology, fintech, ERP, or practice management software is a significant differentiator.
