Delivery Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead and expand Kicksaw’s Healthcare & Life Sciences delivery practice.

• Ensure delivery excellence across a portfolio of Salesforce HLS projects, guaranteeing timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly completion aligned with client business goals.

• Contribute to governance in delivery, operational standards, engagement management practices, and scalable HLS methodologies.

• Establish operational rigor in forecasting, staffing, resource planning, productivity, quality of delivery, and risk management.

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to outline practice priorities, organizational structure, and long-term growth strategies.

• Develop repeatable delivery frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to enhance practice scalability and consistency.

• Collaborate with sales as needed for deal review processes and SOW approvals.

• Shape and implement the HLS practice AI strategy, aligning AI operations, data, analytics, and automation initiatives with business objectives and delivery priorities.

• Partner with Executive Leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to create AI-enabled transformation roadmaps, foster innovation, and build scalable AI delivery capabilities across the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery.

• More than 5 years in a delivery leadership role within a Salesforce SI, consulting firm, or professional services organization.

• Proven track record of leading complex Salesforce transformation programs and managing enterprise client engagements.

• Extensive experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, provider, payer, or digital health organizations.

• Experience in managing delivery portfolios, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional consulting teams.

• Demonstrated capability to scale delivery operations while achieving strong client outcomes and maintaining operational performance.

• Familiarity with forecasting, resource planning, delivery governance, and financial performance metrics.
