Delivery Director – General Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial and operational aspects of clinical delivery across a range of studies, ensuring timely or early completion, within or under budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with Regional Heads in the Clinical Network to guarantee suitable resourcing and productivity levels for the portfolio of studies.

• Ensure that assigned clinical personnel are aware of and consistently adhere to defined operational, financial, and quality performance standards and processes.

• Enhance contribution margin across clinical delivery through effective financial management and accountability within the designated portfolio of studies.

• Engage in risk management initiatives across the designated portfolio of studies to aid in identifying potential risks to patient safety and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development, as well as clinical research (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO), including at least 3 years in Drug Delivery Project Management.

• Experience in broader client relationships and business development.

• Proven track record in clinical delivery.

• Strong financial understanding and the ability to effectively contribute to a profitable study or program strategy.
