This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all aspects of delivery including productivity, quality, and achievement of milestones.
• Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and materials for their daily tasks.
• Verify adherence to processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for both the project team and the client.
• Enforce company policies and ensure architectural alignment.
• Facilitate the existence of career paths for individuals, guiding them to meet their personal objectives.
• Collaborate with People Leaders and Mentors to promote the comprehensive development of all team members.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees regarding their career trajectories.
• Train and mentor direct managers as well as technical personnel.
• Train and mentor development teams.
• Demonstrated capability to create, manage, and nurture a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with Platform leadership and Operations regarding project staffing and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with the Estimation Manager on project estimates.
• Review and approve Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders as necessary.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to address immediate needs and plan for future growth.
• Provide technical support and strategic alignment to the sales team.
• Inspire confidence among clients and offer leadership to implementation teams.
• Utilize strategic planning skills to manage both internal and external customer requirements.
• Understand complex business needs and assist in developing solutions for both short-term and long-term challenges.
• At least 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise-level engagements.
• Over 15 years of IT industry experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a services delivery organization.
• Experience in a professional services company, such as an agency or consulting firm.
• Background in eCommerce or Digital Services.
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to think creatively and analytically in solving problems.
• Familiarity with projects involving Adobe applications.
• Experience with platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Shopify+.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Understanding of technologies including HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST, Git, and AEM.
• Ability to communicate and document technical designs for both internal and external technical audiences.
• Proficient in advocating for design models and best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, or equivalent experience in the development industry.
