Delivery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Team Management & Delivery: Supervise the development team throughout the feature development and support processes, ensuring features are delivered on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Client Services to effectively prioritize tasks.

• Reporting & Communication: Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes, implement effective tools, and conduct retrospectives to enhance team efficiency.

• Client Support: Oversee the ongoing support and maintenance of client platforms, guaranteeing prompt issue resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in project management, particularly within software development.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, or developer is advantageous.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

• Language: Fluent in English.
