Delivery Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare relevant bond documentation, which includes but is not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes, etc.

• Process check requests, compliance fee payments, and the issuance of mortgage assignments.

• Submit the master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company standards, bond program specifics, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the necessary delivery timeframe.

• Oversee loan delivery and confirm file receipt to ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Track the loan pipeline to identify and promptly address delivery deficiencies.

• Engage with investors, agencies, and third parties to guarantee the completeness of the delivered loan file.

• Provide regular updates on bond loan status within the loan origination platform and relevant investor portals.

• Elevate deficiency resolution issues to the team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in delivering loans to various Bond Agencies/investors.

• Familiarity with mortgage and Bond Agency loan documents and programs.

• Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass and investor websites.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
