This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will deliver sales presentations to promote Dexcom's products and services to both current and potential clients, as well as healthcare professionals.

• You will train and educate doctors and nursing staff on the benefits and usage of Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring systems.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with physicians.

• You will represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national conferences related to diabetes science societies.

• You will actively engage in positioning the company as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.

• You will implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve individual and corporate objectives.

• You will take responsibility for the regional budget, managing expenses.

• You will prepare reports in accordance with guidelines and effectively use sales materials to drive results in your territory.

• You will work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet or exceed the company’s goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree (Bachelor's degree).

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in English (desirable but not essential).

• A strategic and forward-thinking mindset with self-initiative.

• Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.

• Proven success in previous commercial roles with strong results (a plus).

• Ability to identify client needs and stimulate, question, and evolve the approach to new diabetes treatment strategies.

• Skill in implementing sales strategies in complex and multifaceted environments.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to apply consultative selling strategies.

• A valid category B driving license.
