This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform assessments
• Assist Senior Advisors in executing organizational evaluations
• Facilitate workshops and various engagements based on assessment results
• Aid Senior Advisors in formulating and applying organizational DEI strategies
• Assist Senior Advisors in analysis at the process level, including recommendations and strategic implementation of process change suggestions
• Support project planning to guarantee smooth implementation of strategic recommendations
• Contribute to the design and implementation of internal policies for clients
• Over time, manage engagement projects with increasing independence
• Over 5 years of experience in Learning, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources
• At least 3 years of experience in DEI or a related area
• Proficient in the design and management of employee development and DEI initiatives
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is essential, preferably supplemented by post-graduate qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of extensive work with qualitative and quantitative analysis, KPIs, dashboard metrics, executive reporting, and/or analytics (specific to Analyst roles)
• Demonstrated experience in leading small to large-scale projects and initiatives
• Proven ability to work effectively within highly collaborative teams
• A credible leader capable of influencing senior leaders without direct authority
