This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Taking responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of Defined Contributions, incorporating various solutions or groups involved in this delivery for clients.

• Providing innovative ideas and solutions tailored to the needs of clients.

• Fostering talent development within the Defined Contributions arena.

• Recognizing and mitigating risks associated with Defined Contributions delivery.

• Achieving or surpassing targets related to profitability, operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and client satisfaction.

• Engaging in presentations for prospective clients and participating in the sales process.

• Serving as a positive catalyst for change, both within the organization and externally.

• Leading during times of change and encouraging colleagues to collaborate effectively.

• Actively seeking collaborative opportunities across the organization to achieve results.

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Defined Contributions.

• Maintain a strong client focus and have diverse experience with various client interactions.

• Be able to embody the principles of servant leadership.
