Defi Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Python / TypeScript bots focused on rebalancing and automation within our DeFi vaults.

• Strategize, develop, and implement intricate on-chain transactions, including cross-chain bridges, staking loops, and liquidity migrations.

• Incorporate new chains and restaking operators/networks into our internal data pipelines.

• Collaborate with Re7 Technology, Portfolio Management, and the wider DeFi Labs teams to investigate, define, and assist in delivering product expansion and automation initiatives.

• Discover new protocols and assess economic and smart-contract risks.

• Perform thorough technical due diligence on new platforms and vault architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in DeFi, quantitative trading, or crypto fund operations.

• Proficient in Python and TypeScript, along with a foundational understanding of Solidity.

• Proven experience in designing automated vault logic or keeper networks.

• Expertise in executing and resolving complex on-chain transactions.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial mindset.

• Energetic and capable of maintaining a rapid pace consistently.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• University degree.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
