This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the Enterprise Sales process: Oversee the complete sales cycle for an advanced analytics platform, focusing on tier-one banks, asset managers, and hedge funds that are involved with or entering the Canton Network.
• Advocate for Institutional DeFi: Serve as a subject matter expert to showcase how natural-language querying, tailored dashboards, and automated alerts can mitigate risks in DeFi engagement and enhance operational functions like tracking transfers and validator rewards.
• Connect TradFi and DeFi: Simplify intricate blockchain ideas and AI-driven data insights into clear return-on-investment and risk-management propositions that appeal to traditional finance compliance, risk, and operations teams.
• Strategic Account Development: Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders, assisting them in transitioning to decentralized market infrastructures through foundational intelligence tools.
• Market Insights Feedback Loop: Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate institutional feedback, contributing to the evolution of AI-enhanced dashboards, alert systems, and data exploration tools.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in selling SaaS, financial technology (FinTech), or data analytics solutions to institutional finance clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the compliance, security, and risk frameworks in traditional finance (TradFi), alongside a solid grasp of blockchain architecture and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• Technical Communication: Outstanding ability to convey highly technical concepts—such as deterministic AI, node performance, smart contracts, and on-chain financing—to non-technical executives and decision-makers.
• Network Familiarity: Experience with the Canton Network, privacy-enabled blockchains, or enterprise Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) solutions is strongly preferred.
• Execution Competence: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset capable of maneuvering through complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes in a fast-evolving market.
