DeFi Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and supervise DeFi strategies that are in line with YieldNest’s objectives, concentrating on staking, restaking, and yield optimization across various protocols.

• Work in conjunction with development and product teams to strategize and execute impactful initiatives across EVM-compatible chains, ensuring secure, efficient, and smooth integration.

• Evaluate and monitor risk management practices across different strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring comprehensive, adaptable risk mitigation.

• Offer technical insights for the continuous improvement of YieldNest’s products, contributing to the structure and integration of new DeFi protocols.

• Assist in partnership initiatives by providing strategic guidance and insights that resonate with YieldNest’s vision of promoting DeFi staking and restaking.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technological developments, and regulatory changes, utilizing these insights to refine strategic choices and product trajectories.

• Examine data and feedback from implemented strategies, constantly iterating to boost performance and adaptability in the rapidly changing DeFi landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in DeFi strategy development, yield optimization, or similar roles within the crypto/DeFi sector.

• In-depth knowledge of DeFi protocols, especially in staking and restaking mechanisms.

• A proven history of designing and implementing effective DeFi strategies across multiple EVM chains.

• Strong comprehension of risk management frameworks within DeFi environments.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of converting complex technical data into actionable strategies.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and implementation.

• Self-motivated with the capability to handle multiple strategic projects in a dynamic environment.
