Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from arrival through to the completion of repairs.

• Manage warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs.

• Begin and conclude each day from home using a fully outfitted JLR van, along with tools and uniform.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

• Self-assured, autonomous, and customer-oriented.

• Valid UK Cat B license (maximum of 6 points).

• Available to work 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to accommodate flexible standby hours.
