Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles

• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from arrival to the completion of repairs

• Integrate technical expertise with outstanding communication to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Manage warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs

• Begin and conclude each day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Self-assured, autonomous, and customer-oriented

• Full UK Category B driving license (maximum 6 penalty points)

• Capability to work 40 hours per week

• Flexibility to work within the 7am–9pm shift range

• Familiarity with manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic methods

• Competence in conducting warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
