This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide premium roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles

• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment

• Take full responsibility for the customer experience from their arrival to the completion of repairs

• Merge technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Manage warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs

• Begin and conclude the day from home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Self-assured, independent, and focused on customer service

• Valid UK Cat B driving license (maximum 6 points)

• Capability to work 40 hours per week

• Flexibility to work within a 7am–9pm shift window, including standby hours
