Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional roadside assistance for Volkswagen vehicles

• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from arrival through to the completion of repairs

• Manage warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs

• Begin and conclude each day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Self-assured, independent, and customer-oriented

• Full UK Category B license (maximum 6 points)

• Capability to work 40 hours per week

• Availability during the 7am–8pm shift range, with flexible standby hours
