Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

• Utilize manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from the moment of arrival until the repair is completed.

• Integrate technical proficiency with outstanding communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Manage warranty services, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs.

• Begin and conclude each day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

• Valid UK Cat B driving license (maximum of 6 points).

• Self-assured, independent, and focused on customer service.

• Commitment to working 40 hours per week.

• Availability for flexible standby hours.
