Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional roadside assistance for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles utilizing manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Assume full responsibility for the customer experience from the moment of arrival until the repair is completed.

• Merge technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs.

• Begin and conclude each day from home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

• Self-assured, independent, and customer-oriented.

• Valid UK Category B driving license (maximum of 6 penalty points).

• Capability to work 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to work within a shift range of 7am–9pm with flexible standby hours.
