Dedicated Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional roadside assistance for Volkswagen vehicles utilizing manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Take full responsibility for the customer journey from the moment of arrival until the repair is completed.

• Merge technical expertise with outstanding communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage warranty tasks, roadside diagnostics, and complex repairs.

• Begin and conclude each workday at home with a fully equipped VWG van, necessary tools, and uniform.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.

• Full UK Category B driving license (maximum of 6 points).

• Self-assured, independent, and focused on customer service.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to work within a shift range of 7am to 8pm and to be on standby as required.
